In one of our podcast episodes, we talked with players Jackie Altschuld and Dakota Chan about their gluten intolerance. At the end of our conversation, they shared their favorite recipe with us - which we now share with you!
This Banana Oat Bar is easy to make and 100% gluten-free!
3 ripe bananas (1 ½ cups) mashed
2 cups rolled oats
¼ tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup chocolate chips
Pre-heat the oven to 180°.
Mash the bananas in a bowl.
Add the oats, cinnamon and salt to the banana mash.
Cut a chocolate bar into small pieces or add chocolate chips to the rest of the ingredients.
Mix all the ingredients until you have a nice thick batter.
Transfer the mix into a springform pan.
Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!
